RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

You are welcome to return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of receipt.

Items on SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Don't forget to include your order number and the reason or request for the return. This information helps us locate your details and process your request promptly. If an item is sent back without this information, we won't be able to handle it

All merchandise must be in their original, unworn, and resalable condition, including tags, stickers, boxes, etc. If items are returned without the original packaging, we won't be able to process the return. Processing may take up to 5 business days. Please note, duties or taxes cannot be refunded.

NOTE: Items sent back must be free of dust/fluff and any scents like cologne/perfume, or they will not be accepted.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact the RATE Team at rate.247info@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos, and relevant details so we can resolve the issue quickly. If an item suffers damage through misuse, abnormal use, or incorrect washing, RATE will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair. Proof will be required before taking action under the Australia Consumer Law. Once investigated, instructions will be provided for the item's return.

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including Mystery Boxes. Returning a free gift with your order for a refund is required, but if you opt for store credit or an exchange, you may keep the gift.
