PURCHASES
You must provide accurate details at the time of making your purchase. If you enter an incorrect address, RATE. is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
PAYMENT
RATE. currently accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and AfterPay. A receipt will be sent to your email showing proof of purchase.
SECURITY
We can ensure you that we have adapted a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience over the years. We do not store any credit card details at any time.
CONSENT
By agreeing to these Purchase and Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from RATE via email, or SMS.
FULFILMENT
We try to process all orders ASAP. We only process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday. Due to COVID delays, please allow up to 5 additional days for processing your orders. We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.
SHIPPING
Within Australia:
Shipping will be via AU POST standard/express post.
Standard shipping = 7-10 days
Express shipping = 1-3 days
International:
We ship to most international destinations. The full list can be found in our Shipping tab. International delivery times are between 20-30 days.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
RATE. may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Any return of Products to us must comply with our Returns Policy.
